ZSE Changes for the 1804 Cycle

KSKA Instrument Approaches: Added altitude boundaries for hold at KNOCK to between 7000 and 9000, inclusive.

KCVO RNAV(GPS) RWY 17: Added note "Procedure [Not Authorized] for arrivals at ADLOW on V495 Northbound"

P80 HELNS SIX STAR:
  • Added published At/Above 1000, At/below 300KT at KRATR.
  • Changed previous prop/turboprop 10000 and turbojet 12000 hard altitudes into "EXPECT" notes.
  • While not charted, for some reason, there is now a textual instruction to "cross BTG VORTAC at or above 7000"
P80 OCITY ONE STAR NEW PROCEDURE
  • Replaces the MOXEE STAR.
  • Has the same full transitions as the old MOXEE STAR, but OCITY is the only mandatory fix.
  • Allows aircraft to go direct OCITY then depart on the usual published heading.
  • Only published hard restriction is VANTZ at/below 250kt, but there's still the EXPECT altitudes for the old prop/turboprop at 10000 and turbojet at 12000.
