SIMULTANEOUS RUNWAY APPROACHES?

KSEA
Authorised between 16L and 16R
Authorised between 16C and 16R, subject to vertical guidance

KPDX
Authorised between 10L and 10R
Authorised between 28L and 28R

Any thoughts?

As far as KPDX, they always have been.

KSEA - per the ILS and RNAV RNP/GPS, they are approved and subject to the limitations as outlined in the IAP charts.
